No weight loss.. what the crap!

One of the main reasons for doing this was to drop a few pounds. I joined the gym. I am working out several days a week and nothing. I feel stronger and better, but thats probebly the working out part.

I am considering ending my No Coke for 90 days. Maybe no fully loaded sugared out coke. Maybe I'll just dring a few Diet Caffineen Free Coke. (kinda like drinking urine...not that I ever have....well maybe if it was sugary and carbonated) Anyway.

I got cold diet pepsi in the fridge at work left over from a lunchon. Do I partake?

That being said, You can do it! This weight loss thing is a battle but you have lots of support, even some you don't know :) I am in the same battle!

Dix, you ROCK!! Seriously, you can be my hero...DON'T DRINK IT! she says while satisfyingly (is that a word?) finishing her meager allottment for the day... And diet? Just stick a finger in your throat and gag yourself the old fashioned way!
