Okay, if Mark can go the 60 days I'm in. Starting tomorrow my next sip of soda will be on Feb 6th.

Yep. Not much coke in the last week. Dosen't do it for me so much now. But I do think I will be much more resposible about it.

No weight loss.. what the crap!

One of the main reasons for doing this was to drop a few pounds. I joined the gym. I am working out several days a week and nothing. I feel stronger and better, but thats probebly the working out part.

I am considering ending my No Coke for 90 days. Maybe no fully loaded sugared out coke. Maybe I'll just dring a few Diet Caffineen Free Coke. (kinda like drinking urine...not that I ever have....well maybe if it was sugary and carbonated) Anyway.

I got cold diet pepsi in the fridge at work left over from a lunchon. Do I partake?

Yup, still no soda!!!!!

I know there are a lot of "closet coke a holics" out there. You know who you are! It has been since Sept 8th for me and no cheating. I may take a hit of Crack or Black tar heroine to make up for the lack of soda pop, but thats okay right?

Was somewhat lazy last week. Only went to gym twice. Since I joined the gym it has been kinda funny people watching. It is amazing how uncomfortable people get when you stand really close to them and just stare. Maybe throw in an eye twitch with a quick snorting sound.

Anyway those that suffer with a Cola addiction will be healed now that Obama is going to be President. I can hardly wait.

My new personal trainer

I finnally was able to work out with my personal trainer Helga Szwingarddson.

She was a brute. She is ex-russian special forces and works for Acorn in the get out the vote campain for Obama.

The worst part now is I have to vote for Obama too.

She is a little intense.
